Tutti Frutti Cake – Soft & Colorful Tea-Time Treat! 🍰🌈

Tutti frutti is a colorful confectionery containing various chopped and usually candied fruits, or an artificial or natural flavor combined of many different fruits. It is usually made with artificial colors and fruits like watermelon skin or papaya. This cake takes us to our childhood memories. You can buy it here. Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Curd
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essense
  • 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Milk/Water
  • 1 cup Tutti Frutti
  • Oil (For Greasing)
Instructions
  1. Add 3/4 Cup Curd in a Mixing Bowl
  2. Add 3/4 Cup Sugar
  3. Add 1/2 Cup Oil
  4. Add 1 TSP Vanilla Essense
  5. Stir Well
  6. Add 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
  7. Add 1 TSP Baking Powder
  8. Dry Ingredients
  9. Add 1/4 TSP Baking Soda
  10. Sieve it Well
  11. Mix everything well
  12. Add 1/2 cup Milk/Water
  13. Stir well to Pouring Consistency
  14. Add Tutti Frutii and Mix well
  15. Grease the baking Tray with some Oil/Butter
  16. Pour the Cake Batter and Pat it Twice
  17. Top it up with some more Tutti Frutti
  18. Bake it in the Oven for 350 Degree F for 20-25 mins
  19. Prick a tooth pick and check if well baked
