Tandoori Gobi is a Vegetarian Alternative for Tandoori chicken prepared by roasting Cauliflower marinated in yogurt and spices in a tandoor or a Oven. Cauliflower can be made with many recipes but this one is simple to make and cook. This is such a Simple Recipe for all Gobi Lovers and it does not take much preparation and cutting!
You can try this recipe when one is too bored to cook and need to cook something with less effort!
You can either bake it whole or cut it in big florets or also cut into 2 halves.

For marination

Instructions

Wash the Cauliflower nicely with Salt water
-
Cut the Lower Part of the Cauliflower along with leaves
-
Ad 1/2 Cup Curd in a mixing Bowl
-
Add 1 Tsp of Red Chilli Powder
-
Add 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
-
Add 2 tsp Coriander Powder
-
Add 1 Tsp minced Garlic
-
Add 1 Tsp Ginger Paste

Add 1 TBSP of Olive Oil

Salt To taste

Add 1 Tsp Jeera Powder

Add 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder

Add handful of crushed Kasuri Methi Leaves

Mix everything Well

Using a Brush , marinate the whole Cauliflower at all sides, You can either cut it in 2 Halves or cut into florets and marinate

Bake it in a Preheated Oven at 350 degree F for 40 mins or till it cooks well
