Mixed Sprouts Pancakes β A Nutritious Delight! πΏπ₯
Mixed Sprouts Pancakes are a healthy, protein-rich, and fiber-packed dish made from a blend of sprouted legumes like moong, chana, and moth beans. These pancakes are not only nutrient-dense but also light, flavorful, and easy to digest.
Sprouts are known to be rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, making them an excellent choice for a wholesome meal. Blended with besan (gram flour)(Optional) and aromatic spices, these pancakes become a savory, crispy delight that can be enjoyed for breakfast, snacks, or even as a light dinner.
They are a great low-calorie, gluten-free (if using besan), and diabetic-friendly alternative to traditional pancakes. Serve them hot with green chutney, yogurt, or tomato ketchup for a tasty and nutritious treat!
