My daughter loves pancakes, and I want her to enjoy them more often. So, I thought, why not make a healthier homemade version that she can grow to love? This way, she gets the same delicious treat but with nutritious ingredients, making it a wholesome habit rather than just an indulgence.
These eggless banana wheat pancakes are soft, fluffy, and naturally sweetened with bananas. Made with whole wheat flour, they are a healthier alternative to regular pancakes and perfect for breakfast or a quick snack
Tips & Variations:
✔ Extra Fluffy? Let the batter rest for 10 minutes before cooking.
✔ Vegan Version? Use almond or oat milk and replace honey with maple syrup.
✔ More Flavor? Add choco chips, coconut flakes, or nutmeg.
✔ Crunchy Texture? Mix in crushed walnuts or almonds.
✔ For Vegan version, replace milk with almond milk and do not add butter.
✔ for Gluten free version you can replace the whole wheat flour with gluten free flour
✔ If you eat egg then you can replace the Baking powder and soda with 1 egg

Take 1 cup of Wheat Flour in mixing bowl
