Double Chocolate Banana Bread – Rich & Moist! 🍫🍌

Banana bread is a type of bread made from mashed bananas.If you use ripe bananas then the added advantage is that ripe bananas contain high sugar content and you don't need to add more sugar to the recipe. Ingredients
  • 2 Bananas (Riped)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar or white sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essense
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1.5 cup All Purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
  1. In A Mixing Bowl, Take 2 Smashed Bananas
  2. Add 1/2 Cup Sugar
  3. Mix Well
  4. Add 1/2 Cup Oil
  5. Add 1 Tsp Vanilla essense
  6. Add 1 Tsp Vinegar
  7. Mix well
  8. Place a Siever in the Bowl and Add 1.5 Cups of All Purpose Flour
  9. Add 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  10. Add 1 Tsp Baking powder
  11. Add 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  12. Add a pinch of Salt
  13. Sieve it Well. Throw the Lumps
  14. Whisk the mixture well
  15. Add 1/2 cup Water and Mix well
  16. Add Chocolate Chips
  17. Add Chopped Walnuts
  18. Pour the Batter in a Loaf Pan
  19. Top it with Chocolate Chips
  20. Preheat the Oven for 350 Degree F and Place the pan
  21. Bake it for 25 mins and check if it is done by pricking the Banana Bread. Tooth Pick should come clean
